1 John 5:12 ;"whosoever has the Son has life, but whosoever does not have the sn of God does not have life".
It is much joy and celebration all around as we welcome the beautiful year 2010. I wish to share with you the most beautiful part of this celebration that the Lord showed to me this time in the bible verse quoted above.
I want life,....abundant life, this year. Life in my family, business, studies, worship, service...you name it. I want life all round. And God simply showed me this; "whosoever has the [Jesus] has Life...". And by this I became satisfied. I have therefore made this my determination to seek Christ even more diligently this year. I can testify as such that I am already experiencing the Life in His promise.
I wish to encourage you also by these words and welcome you into the year of abundant life in Christ Jesus. There will be battles, but Victory is sure. There may be trials and pains, these are just for your prunning. For "who shall win the battles of this life? only them that believe that Jesus is the Son of God" [1 John 5:5].
Welcome to the New Year as you hold firm and fast to that same "old" Jesus. Welcome to Life.
